Massage
Massage Therapy is a hands-on manipulation of the
joints and soft tissue of the body.  The soft
associated fascia and ligaments.

Different movements and techniques used during a
massage session can physically stretch muscles,
ligaments, tendons, and fascia, encourage
circulation through the tissue, inhibit muscle
spasms, and can be either relaxing or stimulating to
the nervous system.
